Yes. In addition to the large in-house inventory, the agents of the RJ Soens Group have direct access to the Multiple Listing Service from their desktop computers.
I haven't applied for a mortgage in many years. Can my agent help?
Sure. There are area representatives for major mortgage lenders and local bankers who will meet with you to go over the entire process. The names and phone numbers for a few of the mortgage lenders are provided in our Buyer's Packet.
If I decide to offer my new purchase for rent, can the RJ Soens Group handle all of the details?
Absolutely! Your agent is affiliated with the largest rental agency on the island, plus a large support staff (accounting, front desk, management, and customer service) to efficiently handle the entire rental process.
When is the best time to buy?
We are asked this question all the time! "It depends" is not the answer you want to hear, but it really is true. Our most active markets are Spring (begins as early as January lasting through May) and Fall (end of August through November). In the summer months, the houses are occupied by owners or renters and are often difficult to show. However, properties become available throughout the year, for various reasons. Don't be completely focused on the time of year — you may miss a great opportunity to purchase the perfect home for your family.
