Bill Soens, President and Broker of Record, has been a leader in Jersey Cape Real Estate Sales, Management and marketing for over 40 years as an elite producer and broker. His partner, Paul Leiser, acts as Chief Financial Officer, whose steady hand, and 18 years of experience with IBM, has been instrumental in Avalon Real Estate’s success. Bill and Paul welcome native son Joe Zahm as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Joe has spent his last twenty years as an industry leader in the Turks & Caicos Islands –  BWI. Joe started his career as Staff Attorney for Keystone Resort.


Marketing Team

Vice President Joe Zahm has led the sales and marketing efforts for multiple luxury resorts and brokerages. Director of Marketing Jim Lloyd is a multi faceted talent, as a creative designer, photographer and marketing specialist. Together, Joe, Jim and their team provide a potent marketing force in the local industry.
